Elevated Digital Project Lead

About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned digital project lead to oversee high-profile CMS-based web projects for enterprise clients. As a senior-level project lead, you will be responsible for guiding cross-discipline project teams and delivering exceptional results.Key Responsibilities:Act as the day-to-day project lead for assigned active projects, exhibiting senior-level ownership over project scopes, client meetings, written status updates, demos, risk management, and iterative scope management.Consistently track and analyze project progress and budget burn, working with group leadership to escalate concerns and mitigate risks.Ensure superior quality deliverables by engaging cross-discipline leadership and enforcing rigorous QA processes.Lead discovery engagements that define cross-discipline project requirements and demonstrate an expert understanding of client business goals.Identify opportunities to engage with our client's Account Management Team and collaborate towards building strong client relationships.Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests, escalations, comprehensive updates, and senior-level consultation.About YouYou have experience delivering full-scope CMS-based web projects for enterprise clients, preferably in an agency environment. You can describe tangible examples of de-escalating project risks and developing collaborative solutions. Your roles and responsibilities have been primarily client-facing, requiring excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Salary Range$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
