The practice has been operating since 2006 and is currently seeking a new lead provider due to growth.POSITION DESCRIPTION:This position serves as both a clinical provider to clients (80% of work hours) and functions in a supervisory capacity (20% of work hours).As the lead provider, the new APP will be responsible for overseeing 2 APPs, 2 RNs, 2 Medical Assistants, and 3 clinical support team members.
Duties include, but are not limited to:shadowing providers for QA checksperiodic chart reviewsimplementing goalscoaching staff on safety and efficacy of treatmentsschedulingAs a clinician, the APP will see 10 to 12 clients per shift.The practice offers a wide variety of services, focused in the areas of anti-aging, Botox, CoolSculpting, non-surgical facelift, weight loss, tattoo removal, and more.REQUIREMENTS:- California NP or PA license- 3+ years experience in medical aesthetics- previous supervisory, mentoring, etc.
