You get things done, fast.CARE- You take pleasure in helping others and doing things the right way.OUTSTANDING-You have the highest standards and run things like a well-oiled machine.DEPENDABLE- If someone asks you to do something, they KNOW it will get done.ENERGY- You bring a positive, enthusiastic, can-do attitude to work every day.THE ROLEYou'll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following:Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage with potential donors and secure donations.Follow a tailored script and adapt communication strategies based on donor profiles.Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.RequirementsC1/C2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skills.At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative.Graduated (or soon to graduate) with a college degree.A quiet home office with a desk and office chair.Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed.A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone.Access to a backup place of work in case they suffer a power cut or internet failure, as well as a secondary backup internet option (mobile hotspot, Multibam, WiPod, etc.
